Item Availability
All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only products that are available for immediate purchase, occasionally we may have a product that is for sale on the website that is unavailable.
Price & Order Changes
Product prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund a customer’s money at anytime, especially if we find that a price is listed incorrectly on our website. In addition, we reserve the right to change prices for the same product to reflect changes in our vendor’s suggested retail prices, fluctuations in demand or the cost of component materials for an item, etc.
Order Status & Lead Times
Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a Galt team member will reach out within 2-7 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead-times vary by item type. Many of our in stock inventory are showcased around the US and the world through our boutiques, partner retailers, tradeshows and private events, therefore some items will require 1-2 weeks of handling before we are able to ship them out to you. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding the shipping & handling of specific items before purchasing. We will also reach out after order confirmation to you to relay the amount of time it will take to prepare and handle the item before it can be shipped out to you.
We do have specific inventory in stock but our main priority is on Made To Order items, which have approximate creation and shipping time windows listed in items’ descriptions. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have available inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 8-10 week creation and shipping window. Rings require a 8-10 week lead time, as we do not carry all sizes. Custom and Made-to-Order pieces require a 8-10 week creation and shipping window once artwork/design renderings/wax sample models has been approved. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.
Because every made-to-order item is individually crafted by hand, production times may extend beyond the estimated window. We kindly ask for your patience, as these creations require time and care. By ordering, you agree to allow us the necessary time to complete your item properly.
Made-to-order jewelry involves custom design, detailed hand work, and specialized techniques. For this reason, some items may take longer than the projected completion time. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and by ordering, you agree to wait for the process to be fulfilled without compromise to quality.
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.

Vintage, Estate, Pre-Owned, Designer Items Policy
This is a policy page and information regarding any Vintage, Estate, Pre-Owned, Designer jewelry items that we sell. This means that the jewelry has not been created or manufactured by us, but rather bought from wholesalers, vintage dealers, estate auctions, private collections, industry contacts, retail clients or other sources.
We do our own analysis of every item with our decades of experience in the vintage/pre-owned market, as well as double check with our sources on their background information, documentation and explanation. If an item is listed, this means that all due diligence has been done, however due to the nature of the current pre-owned market and large number of replicas/copies that have emerged in the recent years, we cannot 100% guarantee everything and its ultimate authenticity as it is impossible to do that with pre-owned/secondhand items nowadays. This is why we provide all details, photos, videos and information. Therefore, outside of our return policy, all items are SOLD AS IS and we are not responsible for any disputes, final details, outcomes or returns outside of the specified return period window. Detailed Authenticity Information: All of our Estate/Vintage/Pre-Owned Jewelry is acquired from private collections and wholesale jewelry auctions; we do our best to provide as much background information on items as possible. We use our long experience of over 4 decades with estate/vintage jewelry to do our upmost strict quality control and authentication process. Before listing, we compare these items to famous Jewelry Houses' present & discontinued collections, including their modern historical timelines. We do our best to confirm the details of all precious materials and details of original manufacturing but we do not guarantee nor are responsible for the complete authenticity & confirmation of all origin details for the item. We do not provide additional documentation of authentication, unless they are requested for the details of precious materials and any numerical measurements/categories used in the creation of the item, as that is the only thing we are 100% confident in confirming. Binding Resolution Process
In the event of a billing or service dispute, you agree to first contact us directly at service@galtandbro.com within 10 days of delivery or notification of completion, so that we may review and, if appropriate, remedy the matter in good faith. You further agree that any attempt to circumvent this process through a chargeback will constitute a breach of contract and may result in legal action and recovery of all related costs, including attorney’s fees, investigation, and administrative time. -
Authorization and Record Retention
By submitting payment, you authorize us to retain all related correspondence, signed invoices, emails, photos, and proof of delivery as evidence of the transaction. These records may be submitted to payment networks, arbitration bodies, or courts as part of any dispute resolution process. -
Fraudulent or Improper Chargebacks
Any chargeback found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms shall entitle the Company to seek damages, collection fees, and reimbursement of the full transaction amount, in addition to any consequential losses arising from the dispute.
